Pros
Alteryx still has some of the best in the industry on their staff, until they decide its time to go. The pay has been good, not sure how the acquisition will change that.
Cons
Poor leadership at the senior level. Lots of great people leaders at the front lines, and a number of solid directors, but overall the leadership made a number of poor choices which lead to the company nearly failing and being acquired.
