      Some operations seem to be primitive and could use a lot of improvement. Tooling, vehicles, and parts are hard to come by.

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
