Pros
-Great Benefits -Awesome People -Great Airline Working at AA is awesome is you love to travel and love to never be home. I see new countries and new cities everyday and I absolutely love my job. Just be prepared that it is not the prettiest nor easiest life style
Cons
-Long Hours -Starting pay is okay but for how much we work and our long hours we should be getting paid more -Miss a lot of holidays!! When you first start out be prepared to be working or on call every single holiday. And if you do get off a holiday when first going in be very greatful
