Pros

Free domestic & international travel (for you, your spouse, parents and siblings/ close friends)!!!!! Full time benefits (401k, health, dental, vision insurance) with part time hours.

Cons

Very strict 6 month new hire probation period. Can’t call out, be late (not even by one minute), or even get sick without getting written up. Can’t swap shifts or pick up extra hours for 90 days. Part time hours, full time commitment (5 days a week) which makes it hard to pick up additional job opportunities and utilize travel benefits for anything more than a day trip (unless you swap shifts with someone).

Cons

Employees deserve leaders who foster trust, transparency, and psychological safety. During my experience, there were instances where concerns that were raised were minimized, dismissed, or reframed in a way that left employees questioning their own experiences and perceptions. This created an environment where speaking up felt risky and eroded trust between employees and leadership. When employees do not feel heard or supported, engagement, morale, and retention inevitably suffer.
