Pros
No dress code and most employees get their own office.
Cons
Negative environment with a generally anti social and unfriendly staff. Everyone seems scared and stressed. The work is not at all academic (don't listen to anyone that says it is) but they insist on hiring PhDs. Most of the work is tedious and you get promoted based on how fast you can accurately process and manage this type of unchallenging work. You never know when you are going home every day. There is essentially no organization of staff which is very confusing. I would recommend only to do this job because when you leave any other job will seem like a dream and will likely be more interesting. Also the pay is okay but nothing great. The bonuses for associates are around 20k.
