Pros
Great training in place, you feel supported. Flexitime working 8-5 or 9-6 which was nice at times.
Cons
Trainee salary is below London living wages, you'd find yourself relying on commission which you aren't likely to earn consistently in your first few months. Some of the downsides are to do with micromanagement to the point where you get uncomfortable. Promotions are based on deals, as expected in recruitment, so for a beginner you don't have many options for growth, trainees have a lower commission structure too. Hybrid working is advertised as a benefit but I think that's pretty standard in companies these days. You can work from home one day a week and you cannot pick which day. Its a pretty small company, you'll see everyone almost everyday at some point but there are some people that never spoke to me and honestly didn't seem friendly but perhaps it was a stressful day! Who knows... If you are starting out, I'd say try to speak to everyone at some point. Most people were really lovely and will go out of their way to introduce themselves to you.
