In addition due to the size of the company their is a varied client base you will be exposed to keeping things fresh and interesting as well as helping develop you knowledge
Cons
The leadership team at times is detached form reality and spends enormous amounts of time and money on corporate mumbo jumbo with a new scheme or initiative that in the majority of cases doesn't help any clients or anyone doing the day to day business. Pay is also low in comparison to peer (witht he exception of Marsh) and teams are very lean resulting in large workloads for most employees. This results in many leaving
