      Pros

      Decent pay, friendly staff, very nice managers

      Cons

      There’s a quick turn around, leaving staff with a work overload. They need a group of trainers who solely work on onboarding so current staff won’t feel so overwhelmed because they have a lot on their plate. Wish there was incentives and bonuses. The work load is huge! So wish Aon gave bonuses and incentives for your hard work.

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
