      Pros

      1. Excellent work-life balance. 2. You will get promoted with everyone else at regular intervals. 3. Promotion pay increases, % wise, are substantial.

      Cons

      1. Top performers are not rewarded with early promotions or significant bonuses. There is very little differentiation between how top performers are treated and how average performers are treated. 2. Work is insurance-focused, so if that's something that you're not interested in, then Aon might not be the company for you.

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
