      1: Employee Friendly 2: One can work from home as they have smart working model 3: Compensation is great as per market standard 4: work life balance is good 5: Managers are very supporting and they are welcoming too.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
