Pros
Flexible working hours, nice region, possibility to work for international big clients, salary not bad, sometimes the CE activities are nice. Possibility to be hired by the client, after some years.
Cons
Direction and mission follow-up are almost not existing, they hire you and then they forget you completely. Most likely you won't be a "real consultant", you will work for years for the same client in the same project (if the client is satisfied by you, of course). No salary increase, no trainings. You won't feel being part of Astek, on the contrary you feel being part of the client's staff. In the past there have been several strikes caused by yearly bonus cheating, no followup and unlawful dismissals.
