Pros

Great customers and amazing sales associate staff. The women I work with daily are what keeps me coming back in.

Cons

Horrible pay for customer experience lead. I was passed over twice for a higher position for people that I still have to train on many aspects of the store. I was also told I could not make more than $14/hour when someone who was promoted after me,to the same position, is making $16/HR and she has no clue what she's doing. The leadership direction is unclear as they promote only people who brown nose their way to the top making for a catty and unnecessary cutthroat environment were people feel the need to take down each other. This is not at all reflective of the new mission. The company is still growing and trying to learn itself but it never sticks to an ideal long enough to see if it will work in the long run.

Pros

Very black & white on policies. You always know what is right or wrong.Operationally strong company that allows movement between brands. Decent pay if you advocate for yourself as an external, but don’t expect much once you’re in.

Cons

Company has changed direction so much since COVID. Seems like there’s no clear idea on who we are anymore.Senior leadership feels like a revolving door that only succeeds in spinning tires with no traction. We love to initiate something only to either sunset it months later or leave it in limbo(WellPro). The amount of stress pushed on stores to meet credit goals is absurd to the point it inspires unethical behaviors in certain stores.
