Pros

Great discount, ability to bring dogs to work, beautiful surroundings, some truly talented and wonderful people.

Cons

Complete loss of the Athleta culture. It used to be a truly collaborative environment where ideas could come from anywhere and where there was a true intention to create work/life balance for the employees. We used to be trusted and given opportunities for growth. Now it's basically a horrible, toxic environment where people are micro-managed to within an inch of their lives, given zero opportunities for development, and constantly bombarded with negativity. Some people can't even be bothered to say good morning---it's like a mean girls club. The environment is so antithetical to what the brand claims are it's values, it's really disconcerting. Excellent employees who have worked long and hard at Athleta are being marginalized and pushed out. It's truly, truly sad to see what is being done to what was a really inspirational place to work and to a wonderful brand. SAD.

Pros

Very black & white on policies. You always know what is right or wrong.Operationally strong company that allows movement between brands. Decent pay if you advocate for yourself as an external, but don’t expect much once you’re in.

Cons

Company has changed direction so much since COVID. Seems like there’s no clear idea on who we are anymore.Senior leadership feels like a revolving door that only succeeds in spinning tires with no traction. We love to initiate something only to either sunset it months later or leave it in limbo(WellPro). The amount of stress pushed on stores to meet credit goals is absurd to the point it inspires unethical behaviors in certain stores.
