      Pros

      * Nice starting pay * Good discount (50% off at Athleta & BRONG) * somewhat flexible scheduling * being able to serve all kinds of women

      Cons

      * Terrible, terrible, unethical push for making people open lines of credit. Encourages creating supercial relationships with customers JUST to get them to open line of credit. Despicable. No one pushes for BRIGHT, the relatively new program, so that’s useless. If you don’t sell enough cards, they dock your hours and chastise you. Not worth the stress. Look elsewhere.

      We are disappointed to hear this as it does not align with our core values. We understand selling credit cards can be a pain point for some of our store employees. As you have noted, we have recently launched our new BRIGHT Rewards Program (http://krt.li/a7xnz) as an effort to help alleviate the pressure of signing up for a credit card. We take employee feedback seriously and hope that the BRIGHT program will improve the experience for both employees and our customers.

      Pros

      Very black & white on policies. You always know what is right or wrong.Operationally strong company that allows movement between brands. Decent pay if you advocate for yourself as an external, but don’t expect much once you’re in.

      Cons

      Company has changed direction so much since COVID. Seems like there’s no clear idea on who we are anymore.Senior leadership feels like a revolving door that only succeeds in spinning tires with no traction. We love to initiate something only to either sunset it months later or leave it in limbo(WellPro). The amount of stress pushed on stores to meet credit goals is absurd to the point it inspires unethical behaviors in certain stores.
