Pros

Fun place to work, and the discount is great. I love how the company empowers women as well as takes strides in making the earth a better place to live by using resources that don't overtax mother earth. I love their message!! Also, my overall rating is 4 stars b/c I did enjoy working there, and the values of the company are great.

Cons

Management needs to eliminate favoritism, especially to the younger set. Pay should be better for a job that, at times, can be grueling. When staff hours are cut, and the store gets really busy, you can end running around like a lunatic with too few helping hands, and its not fair to the employee OR the customer who is getting short changed with your time and attention.

Pros

Very black & white on policies. You always know what is right or wrong.Operationally strong company that allows movement between brands. Decent pay if you advocate for yourself as an external, but don’t expect much once you’re in.

Cons

Company has changed direction so much since COVID. Seems like there’s no clear idea on who we are anymore.Senior leadership feels like a revolving door that only succeeds in spinning tires with no traction. We love to initiate something only to either sunset it months later or leave it in limbo(WellPro). The amount of stress pushed on stores to meet credit goals is absurd to the point it inspires unethical behaviors in certain stores.
