This company is so disorganized and chaotic its bad. They toss you in there with no proper training. Benefits are horrible and expensive. They have no sick days and barely any pto. I honestly dont rcommend due to the lack of leadership and how they keep the tech support team in the dark when things change but if something goes wrong they will blame tech support. The higher ups dont feel like this department is necessary yet dont have anyone else that could assist the customers correctly. They have the customers run around and search for answers from one rep to another. It honestly is not worth working here until the director quits or gets removed, do to his horrible leadership skills and micromanaging antics. He is the reason why lots of the good techs are no longer in this place or chose to move to a place where they will be apreciated. Plus they play favorites in this company since its all about family and you have people in positions thats shouldnt be due to knowing someone or being family with someone. They prioritize parties and walkthroughs and treat the tech team like nothing. Dont do it.
