Pros

Great co-workers at my level of employment, very supportive and would help me with any problems I had. The pay was very fair for the work I was doing.

Cons

Thrown in by people higher up without sufficient training. Facing customers was a nightmare having never been taught how to use the store's technology or even shown around in detail. The store's processes were never explained, leaving me feeling extremely discouraged and stressed when I was unable to do the work as fast as others. Pressured into many hours overtime in just my first week. This included working till the early hours of the morning when they knew I was a university student.
