      Pros

      Good training and benefits Good learning opportunities and mgmt support for career development Great PTO Large size means opportunities to work where you prefer geographically Salary , don't know yet ; that's why I'm at this website. And it won't let me see others until I post here, which sort of defeats the purpose.

      Cons

      Local mgmt can be inept or unfair with not enough oversight from higher up the chain. Family situation not important to decisions made by mgmt in some cases. Very little real contact with upper mgmt even one jump up the food chain

      - Great Programs that bring consistent challenges - Good Benefits - Feels Stable - Employees at Space and Mission Systems division are incredible and fun to work with!

      Cons

      - Got rid of Ball Aerospace Pension which is a huge mistake.
