*Flex schedule *Decent raises based on merit (standard 2-3% plus merit %) *Good benefits *Interesting projects to work on *Good company training on a wide variety of topics
Cons
*Impossible to move to another contract unless you know the right people *Layoffs 2-3 times a year like clockwork *Some management is apathetic to needs of employees *Hard to figure out who to talk to in order to get training for promotions. Management seems to like to pass the buck.
