BCOTB strictly adheres to the BACB code of ethics in both the treatment of clients, as well as our therapy staff. We treat each staff member with respect and value all feedback. Additionally, BCOTB pays competitively, taking into consideration the hiring of employees without undergraduate degrees and paying for the RBT certification course, time in the course and paying for the RBT exam. BCOTB has also offered hourly therapy staff paid time off since 2017. There are thresholds that an employee must meet to be eligible, which is predicated on the employee's availability to work.
