      Pros

      BMC pays well and has pretty good benefits, plenty of PTO, and a laid back corporate culture.

      Cons

      The company and structure is very complex and there are lots of different job levels. In finance, there are 5-6 different levels to promote through before getting to manager.

      Can't be positive right now.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
