      Stable and secure, hybrid (2x in office), if you have a good team the culture can be great. God enough benefits, ESOP, PTO

      Cons

      It's not for me, just personally, but would generally recommend for other people, based on your team and role. If you're not there by 9am, seating is hard to come by at BMO Place.

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
