Awesome culture. Smart, fun and hard-working people who care about the customers and the employees. Exciting work...we move fast and it is fun to work in this sort of environment. Fantastic benefits-100% employee paid benefits, strong work/life balance, fitness/wellness programs are also very strong and meet the needs of different fitness levels. Great Management Team-they are approachable and willing to provide advice/guidance when you ask for it. Simply put, this place is real. I am thankful for the opportunities I have been given during my tenure here at Bandwidth. I love my job and I'm having a blast doing it.
Cons
There is a lot going on and priorities are not always aligned across the business unit. However, if you feel disconneced all you need to do is ask and management is willing to provide feedback/guidance.
