Pros

Honestly avoid at all costs

Cons

This organisation has a creepy cult like culture. They speak of enablement and empowerment as long as you follow the herd and never question it. There are huge bullying sentiments across the board. Management are passive aggressive, no autonomy and do as i say ethos which is debilitating. Avoid at all cost. Trust me the 1.5hr lunch is more than what it seems.

Pros

Good talented people who work together well within their own teams. A few managers are excellent Access to good systems, or potential to have access Good pay

Cons

USA is not the centre of the world. For a "global" company they refuse to understand this. Seems like they bought Voxbone to tick a box, they have no clue on how to manage the INTL portion of the business. They often have people in the Exec level positions who have tunnel vision, no clue about the international market space and look to promote only across their USA business. Every meeting at some point has someone saying " In USA we don't do x".. Little or no recognition for people who actually do the work.. unless you're American..

Pros

Benefits, free weekly lunches, fab location in London, provide laptop/mobile phone

Cons

Took a lot of benefits away - free weekly lunches, hybrid work environment A lot of comments here about moving back to work in office is not a bad thing. Well to put things in perspective, most of my calls were outside of London so to be in the office for 3 days is excessive. Also it was dangled in front of me that I only had to work one day, maybe 2, in the office - to take that away is huge, because that was a key reason I accepted the role in first place Company keeps reorganising itself, which is never a good thing Too top heavy, too many leaders, and some of them are quite incompetent While I thought the culture and employee experience was decent, at first, I later found it was something really to check the boxes. Or at least my manager did, who was dread-awful and incompetent, in general My manager took advance of my time - sadly I let them - so didn't have much work/life balance
