Pros
I’ve been here for two years and this has been the best place to work hands down! I’ve worked at three other companies, and Bandwidth offers the best culture, pay/bonus, free healthcare, and flexibility that I’ve experienced. Many are not happy with the work from office policy, but I’ve been working long enough to know the positive energy and benefits of working together in the same location with colleagues. Taking vacation and leaving on time is encouraged always.
Cons
Would love to bring back free lunches. We get free gym membership that’s onsite but would love an alternative like an annual fitness subsidy instead as an option for fitness equipment or race fees.
