      Benefits are gtreat. They really make it worthwhile if you have a family. And it can be interesting if you are involved with the internal politics and not left on the sideline

      Cons

      Get into the club and you are golden. If not, watch everyone get promoted while you sit in your cube uninformed

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
