      Managers are helpful, the culture is good, great place to work.

      Cons

      Job uncertainty, they are going through redundancies at the moment. Got rid of a lot of people already and getting rid of more.

      Great culture, Flexibility, Nice building, Talented people, strong processes and always evolving tech stack.

      Cons

      Sometime work can be monotonous, if you are stuck in a team for long time. Finding opportunities to move across teams, you have to fend for yourselves, people leaders too busy or aloof to help.

      What you put in is what you get out, smaller nimble bank - more opportunity for growth within company

      Cons

      Regional bank so limiting for opportunities outside of the company - not an easy transition
