Pros

Competitive salary. Good work life balance.

Cons

Site with very low morale. Management team has low qualifications and competences. Low investment in employee development. Shop floor staff has a very nationalistic culture and integration of foreigners is very difficult, although Baxter claims betting on diversity and inclusion.

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

Cons

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
