Didn’t come across many, product does help the customer when they can get it

Constant firing and instability of senior teams in Europe (we had 4 plant managers in 4 months and no one wanted the job!) Very poor management team, most either went or should have already been pushed Quality and safety wanted but not really planned for and just seemed to be a buzz word Those who leave get the blame for those higher above who don’t want to take any responsibility for their actions Lying and inactivity the main management technique
