management is very giving in that they like to do potlucks, get togethers, team building excercises.
Cons
such a political atmosphere. people dont want to help other people. people are constantly giving snide remarks to one another over petty issues. finally, people always come back to the notion of "its not my job" and thats why this company will always be medicore.
