At the local level (Medina, NY), there are MAJOR management issues in the service area. Many people in management positions lack the professional and people skills that their positions require, often degrading subordinates, and causing morale levels to be very low. The outcome of this is diminished product quality and unrealized goals. Corporate is a bit too detached to realize the issues at this time.
