      They will work you when needed. So overtime is okay. Pay is okay for the area.

      Company values quantity over quality. Stressful job. Hard work for sure.

      Really good pay, good management, company car, and overall decent work life balance.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
