      The salary is okay to offset the fact you will work 50-60 hours a week with leaders who outright lie to you

      Cons

      Stock is in the toilet due to poor leadership, Leaders bring in their incompetent croneys from past jobs, pretend they know the business, make bad decisions then blame others.
