      Pros

      Great people to work with, bonus structure is strong and compensation is competitive. New facility is very nice offering great cafeteria, on site starbucks, on site medical office and on site gym.

      Cons

      Medical benefits are not great, only very high deductible plans. As with any large company, you are a box in an org. chart and at risk of cost containment measures and re-orgs.

      A very good place to work

      I am not sure if they have a system to place their interns to full time positions. I am comparing this to the people I know that did intern in other companies and were able to secure full-time positions
