A comprehensive health care plan. Even though out-of-pocket costs have increased over the last 2 years, the insurance is still affordable for individuals and families.
Cons
Recent management changes has led to a changed atmosphere: Bio-Techne's primary concern is its profits. Employees (especially long-term employees) are no longer valued for their expertise.
