Virtually no female or minority sales managers...extremely old school, white male oriented management structure No opportunity for growth Completely undervalued by managers Office based sales reps paid less than customer service colleagues Marketing disconnected from everything and everyone

They recruit nice team members and genuine people, who quickly help you navigate and support you in this difficult work environment. Good products and technologies. Nice office

Cons

Starting from the recruitment process based on lies. To get you in they promise candidates flexible working, bonuses and quick progression due to company growth. But all are lies and lead to team disappointment. Untrained management which does not care about team well-being. They only care about targets and their own progression. Micromangement, high pressure and lack of trust towards the sales team creates a really toxic environment. No diversity in management and unfair treatment for employees from ethnic background.

People working at OBT overall are nice and easygoing.

Cons

Limited Career growth opportunities. No flexibility and respect towards workers. Lack of diversity and visibility of minorities. Disorganized structure. No processes are in place at all. Constant changes without a clear focus. Poor compensation compared to other Life Science companies
