Cons
In desparate need of project managers and career development opportunities. Seem to be focused on bringing in outside experts who then recruit from outside, rather than retaining and developing internal talent that are interested in learning about new Tx areas, techniques, phases of drug development. Lack of awareness with regard to human resources and sustainability, i.e. we're not hiring/retaining an adequate number of individuals required to complete the work and do it to Biogen standards. Mixed messages from leadership: policies promote work-life balance and flexibility, upper leadership mandates that employees use their vacation time, but workload, overlapping projects and competing priorities won't allow for it. Employees lose unused vacation days. Bonus structure needs attention.
