Pros include unlimited PTO, mostly great working hours/worklife balance, extra days off/great holidays, shut down a week at holiday. I like our CEO and CFO, There are some really great hardworking people here, and most roles are fully remote
Cons
No bonus at manager level and below which is rare. This has gone on for years, mass exodus recently on several teams, lot of good people left. Middle management is clueless, lots of changes. Salaries definitely below average yet they claim the opposite. Some very toxic individuals who not only are unprofessional but also make lots of mistakes in their work product which management and HR continually defend, very strange. Not good for mental health, and also not good for reporting accuracy. I voiced my concerns to mngt and HR and they were all ignored. Some really good people left in the past 1-2 years across finance, accounting, FPA, and business development due to lack of appreciation, lack of bonus, lack of proper salary, and toxic individuals / those who make a lot of mistakes in their work getting a free pass or even promoted which bizarre. Wish I could have a sit down with the CEO and CFO because I wonder if they even know what all is going on with some crazy folks, makes me sad.
