      Ruthless and brutal

      Pros

      Such great potential as a company - wasted Some good products in the portfolio You have had some amazing talent in the company but through lack of direction, brutal management styles and listening they become disengaged - ironic for an engagement company!

      Cons

      Most of the staff feel vulnerable and worry for their jobs due to the ever revolving door of employees. The hiring and firing process seems to be done in a haphazard fashion. Managers have their favorites and if you don't fit in that box then you are going to be shown the door. Never any level of stability as they are constantly buying companies, messing them up then moving on to the next acquisition before anything is actually sorted.

      Pros

      Plenty of pool tables to play on Endless massive tv screens showing the same information which I guess looks nice.

      Cons

      Was a really good company before the acquisition but even then the POWER got to some heads in management! No motivation at all Not enough parking for everyone so if you don't book a space then you can't park in the car park. Like seriously?? Recognition not spread across the team equally Rules for some but not others Endless massive tv screens on the walls all showing the same information Poor cafe food and seriously overpriced Certain individuals need a good look at themselves and act fairly to all. Extra responsibilities given to certain members Normal workers get no recognition for work done but management get all the kudos!

      Decision makers, ruthless in getting things done, single focused on profits and what is core business

      Cons

      Very little care or compassion for the people who work hard to make the profits - terms used are things like "the little people" when referring to staff.
