      Pros

      1) good location close to the mall 2) great engineers except for a few 3) CSO is very intelligent and very hard working

      Cons

      1) clueless engineers are getting promoted even if they do not do anything 2) some engineers were hired just to fill in positions so literally anyone who walks in the door gets the job. 3) 1 and 2 is an insult to the hardworking engineers that work there 4) because of 1 and 2 good engineers are leaving

      The pay is low. Staffing isn’t enough to meet workload, no performance based raises for entry level employees, and very few promotions available
