      Pros

      Employees are honest, hard working, smart, driven, mostly non political, down to earth and driven to be the best. N

      Cons

      Co. runs so hard and fast, communication gets lost in all the "doing". Too many irons in the fire sometimes means lack of focus. Many times shotgun technique of management, with all employees driving to hit multiple targets at once.

      Pros

      Remote work and good insurance, but not worth the abuse you have to undertake.

      Cons

      This is the worse company ever, there is no work life balance, we did not have holidays and even when trying to take PTO that I had earned, they made it look like we were taking advantage of the company. The paycheck is low and the culture is so toxic… stay away from these people.
