Toxic Work Culture - Customer Contact Officer Box Hill Institute Employee Review

Toxic management culture who choose to not understand the correct the roles their employees are completing and does nothing to support the team and raise team issues with the revelant department. Faculty are resistant to taking phone calls and interacting with the enrolled students. Double handling of all tasks. There is no HR phone number to give to current employees, only email correspondance. All departments purposely do not answer the phone. Lack of communication regarding processes amongst all departments.
