      Great managers and company culture (if that's your thing), solid base salary and great bonus structure.

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted as female, company culture (for me feels like they are screaming drink the kook-aid), and terrible work life balance.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule. My coworkers and direct manager were mostly great, more my manager than anything.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. It was a new program for Diageo and the amount of money wasted on BS blew my mind. Pay for your employees gas.
