If you work hard you can make a lot of money. Make your own schedule for the most part, flexible schedule.
Cons
-too many goals -HR cuts commission so you can't make too much money -treat sales reps poorly -always have to look out for yourself, they will try to screw you out of your money -work holidays -certain divisions are better than others -employees are unaware of how to move up within the company. Easy to get stuck
