I will refer to them as HR only because the company is so compartmented that I don’t know who makes these decisions. When first hired on, HR explained the bonus program but did not explain how they calculated bonuses nor what “Non-Punitive” meant when referring to our first 2 month cycle. We were informed that due to our group being new to the industry that we were not going to be punished for not meeting the goals set forth. They did NOT explain that they would still reduce the cycle bonus for not completing these goals (This was also not explained to my supervisor or their boss). When expressing concerns with my supervisor about problems with customers, the concerns never went beyond the directors boss. This made my ability to help my customers severely reduced and increasingly difficult. The different departments within the company do not talk to each other so questions are not easily answered without a long and strung out process that could take days to months if any answer was found at all. When emailing anyone other than your first line supervisor, DON’T expect a response. If your customers are outside of Denver, DON’T expect much support. The company also requires $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury on your vehicle insurance (You drive your own vehicle and pay for your own gas and insurance) which is VERY expensive in Colorado and only receive $200 as a monthly vehicle stipend which is not adequate enough to cover monthly costs. Drove apx 7500 miles in 3 months. Some of the portfolios (Gallo) profile potential sales people as stated by multiple coworkers and management. (It’s a known and obvious issue within the company.)
