Benefits are exceptional and truly a highlight of working here. Hybrid work setup promotes a healthier work-life balance compared to being in-office full time.
Cons
Workload has increased significantly over the past year, yet salaries have not adjusted to reflect this added responsibility. Work-life balance is not always respected; it’s not uncommon to work weekends just to keep up. Executive leadership often highlights what’s going wrong instead of recognizing and celebrating what’s going well, which can feel discouraging.
