Challenging and exciting cutting edge technology, working with talented engineers. Excellent overall pay, also including bonus and stock options. Health and dental benefits are competitive. Compensation is great, if you are able to stay with the company.
Cons
The job security of employment is considered low. Work environment can be very hectic at times, since there a few employees to get the job done. Seems to be a shift of more engineers abroad and less in the United States.
