Relaxed work atmosphere in terms of starting /finishing times and office attire. Generally talented colleagues. Interesting and challenging work.
Cons
Can get quite stressful during project crunch time and you're expected to put in longer hours to get things done. No longer get any social budget. Working with teams in different sites across the world can mean meetings in the evening.
