- Great colleagues - Superb site in Cambridge - Interesting technology
Cons
- Lack of institutional will to be at cutting edge of technology --- always trying to follow along cheaper. The trouble is, that's much harder than running a proper tick-tock cycle and getting your budget offerings almost "for free". - Poor senior management; confused and unstable strategy seemed mostly focussed on massaging the balance sheet. - Questionable future under new owners.
