      Pros

      Some great tech and digital / analog integration problems to work on...when you can find them.

      Cons

      New management not really interested in pushing R&D to the edge, prefer to acquire and assimilate. Good at what they do (now) - just not a place for great R&D work...depends on what you're looking for.

      Cons

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
